Mr. Harris is currently the CEO/President of TEBA Technologies and has over 37 years in Logistics Management, Project and Program Management Experience (Joint Logistics Operation, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Performance Based Business Cost Analysis (BCA), System Procurement and Fielding Support Operations (Total Package Fielding (TPF), Unit Set Fielding (USF), Rapid Equipment Fielding (REF)). Mr. Harris is a Senior Military Logistician serving as the matrix staff member to the TACOM-LCMC, ILSC Staff, with an extensive background and work experience in the United States Army Tank Automotive-Armaments Command (TACOM)-Life Cycle Management Center (LCMC), National Automotive Center (NAC) and The United States Army Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC), Warren Michigan. Mr. Harris served as a consultant during the implementation of the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Two Level Maintenance (TLM) Implementation and Training within PM, Close Combat Systems, Mr. Harris is a DAU Graduate of the Program Management course (Level III). Mr. Harris has served in the PM, Abrams Product Assurance Division, Testing community and his experience includes: (1) Ability to manage a diverse Logistics Group of Logistics skill sets at the senior management level. (2) Current and extensive history and background in policies, concepts and theories of logistics management work and the ability to apply this knowledge to the management of broad and complex programs and systems in various stages of their life cycle. (3) Knowledge and skills in applying the concepts and theories of logistics management to evaluate process, policies and procedures involving the assumption of major new logistics support missions and continuing support to systems transitioning to TLM management. (4) Expert knowledge and skills in applying the concepts and theories of logistics management to conduct studies to develop operational methodology, to analyze the impact of current activities and workload changes on current and projected resources, to recommend feasible alternatives, to determine milestone events, and to develop, coordinate and maintain the logistics portion of contingency, mobilization or other plans. (5) Knowledge and skill to develop, interpret, implement instructions and execution logistics strategies (6) Knowledge and skill to serve on panels, work groups, conferences and to present in-depth technical briefings at all levels on a variety of issues relative to logistics specialists area of assignment. (7) Ability to coordinate logistics mission accomplishment within the TACOM-LCMC, Integrated Logistic Support Center (ILSC)/PEO/PM community, higher headquarters, ASA ALT, AMC, DOD, Army G7 and other relevant organizations, (8) POM development and Lean Six Sigma experienced. Most importantly Mr. Harris skills and expertise are currently being used to support Program Executive Office (PEO), AMMO, Project Manager, Close Combat Systems within the Tank Armaments & Automotive Command - Lifecycle Management Command (TACOM-LCMC), Integrated Logistics Systems Command (ILSC) community in Warren, Michigan.
